Reel Weather: 4th Annual NYPENN Girl Scouts

2016 Reel Weather Youth Fishing Clinic with the Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways was another HUGE success!  Once again over 200 Girl Scouts came out to learn about fishing, environmental stewardship and conservation while also learning valuable lessons from their leaders about life, responsibility, and respect for one another.  I love being at this fall festival because it gives me hope for our future as a country, and a planet.

These images are just a few of the special moments.  If I tried to post them all it would take you days to look at each one.  I can’t wait to go back and see those wonderful Girl Scouts again next year.  Anyone who has ever thought about joining the Girl Scouts should contact the people at NYPENN Pathways by clicking here.  It’s an experience that will change your lives forever.

I also need to thank the rest of the people who made this possible.  Anthony Lorefice and Dominic Sergi for helping me yet again for the fourth straight year.  James Everard and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Trokar Hooks, Elite Tungsten, C to C Baits, and of course all my friends and family and the wonderful people at the Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways for bringing us back year after year.  It’s a real honor to be there with you all and we can’t wait to come back!   A lot of the girls said they had waited all year to see us again.  We can’t tell you how awesome it feels to hear you all say that.  We also wanted to thank everyone at NYPENN Pathways for letting my son JJ come along and help teach and catch some fish of his own including his new personal best!  He will never forget that.

Thanks again!
